Food Experiments

Recently I have been experimenting in the kitchen, well not in a mad scientist way trying to create Frankenstein or anything like that. Just a some cooking experiments. :D

During High School I remember me and my friends after going for basketball we would go to the food court under Metrojaya (it's called Digital Mall now) in Section 14 to have our lunch and drinks :D Big bowl Leng Chi Kang and tom yam fried rice. Man those were days. Remember guys?

Will share the recipes when I perfected them :) Kinda of difficult to cook and also take photos at the same time. LOL. I am thinking of doing baking next. Any suggestions on what cookies or cake I should do?
